Sleep Apnia is a sleep disorder characterized by pauses in breathing during sleep. These episodes, called apneas (literally, “without breath”), each last long enough so one or more breaths are missed, and occur repeatedly throughout sleep.
Apnea is a serious, potentially life-threatening condition that is far more common than generally understood. There are two types of sleep apnea: central and obstructive. Obstructive sleep apnea is far more common and occurs when air cannot flow into or out of the person’s nose or mouth although efforts to breathe continue.
Luckily there are several easy remedies.

Many of you faithfull readers know that I participate in a program/website called PayPerPost.com. It’s a site that pays me to blog about items or sites that I would probably blog about anyways.
You might also be the person who dosen’t want to “taint” their blogs with paid posts. Well, OK, I don’t agree but whatever.
Well PayPerPost now has a new program for those of you who don’t want to do the paid posting thing. It’s called Review My Post and it’s a small badge (scroll down and you’ll see em) that you put on your blog posts similar to a say “Digg This” and the program pays you every time someone signs up and reviews a post on your blog.
Boom. Simple. Done.
The other cool thing is that the person who signs up and reviews the post can ALSO make some cash too. And I’m not talking pennies but rather $7.50 per signup.
If you have a blog, and even if you only seldomly write, you should consider PayPerPost. It’s pretty painless and I have made a buttload of cash writing simple blog ads. It’s also helped boost my blog ratings and forced me to write more.
Allright, I’m done. I need to do this once every few months.

So this site has been around for a while. And you know my opinion of the music industry right? Well, say your in a New-Wave Band and actually WANT to try and get signed, this site allows you to set up an account ala myspace, and not only publish your music independently but also supposedly solicit it to label.
You can set up listening groups and also browse for unsigned artists to listen to and “Discover”. That latter part I think is great, and I think most bands should market themselves with these type of sites and NOT worry about career ending “Major Labels”.
M-Kay, soapbox is vacant.

O.K, so PayPerPost is going around and doing these scavenger hunts. They come to a specific city and find a local PPP postie. The postie then has to accomplish a task (usually a scavenger hunt).
This episode is filmed in Chicago and features Postie Robyn Nykaza. HP hooked her up with a ton of awesome HP gear and a fat cash prize. It was -9 with wind chill the day they filled this in Chicago…. brrrr.
Pretty cool. Especially the part with her trying to make snow angels in non exsistant snow, or attempting to do the running man.

So like most of you, I used my credit card pretty exclusively for my Christmas gift purchases this year. I have a Mastercard branded debit card that works just like a credit card except that my transactions come right of my checking account. I like that.
Or at least I used to.
My wife decided to check our accounts on Xmas eve and discovered that someone had stolen our credit card number and drained our checking account at fulltiltpoker.com. If this was a regular credit card, you would just dispute the claim and not pay your bill, but because it’s also out debit card – it all came out of our checking account right away. They even charged $500 over our limit so that our overdraft protection kicked in. Now, not only are we out our checking money but an additional $500. Not to mention overdraft fees, late fees, and possible bounced bill payment.
I’m not 100% sure that my card number was compromised through an online transaction, although I do a lot online shopping. The fact that the first withdrawl came on the same day that most of my Xmas shopping was done makes me think it was stolen by a store employee.
The good news is that our bank has a “zero liability” clause and that we will most likely get all of our money back including fees. We’ve had to file a fraud charge, and dispute the charges, all of which will take probably 7-10 days. Until then, our accounts are frozen and look pretty ugly.
My advise, and what I am going to do is get a credit card that I primarily use for online transactions. In fact, January is the time when most people roll their cards to another 0% balance transfers card. I’ll probably do the same.
Here is a great site to compare credit cards.

Doing some Cyber Xmas Shopping?
Here is a place called CouponChief.com that has online coupons for all your favorite stores. Target, Old Navy, Buy.com even KB Toys. There are new offers added everyday also.
Save a few bucks and shop in your underwear from home. I’m saving $25 off my Wii purchase with Best Buy coupon codes.
Hell, I do…..and in fact, I am.

So if you haven’t noticed, I’ve been using a service called PayPerPost that pays me to blog about items, sites and services. It matches up advertisers with bloggers.
It’s a great service and although a bit controversal, its making me blog more and allowing me to get paid. Now I don’t do it every day (I should) but rather only when I’m inspired or a opportunity comes around that I endorse. But still it’s nice to get that email saying “You’ve Been Paid”.
Some people have already made up towards $3K in cash, paid directly to their PayPal account. I’m not at that level yet, but it will pay for a new computer sooner or later.
If you blog – you should check this out!
